KM Pediatric Therapy is absolutely wonderful. From my initial phone call with Stephanie - I just felt so relieved with the process and care they provide. My child sees Emily for OT and Olivia for Speech. Both therapists are excellent! The communication is clear, thorough and timely. My child has gained so much confidence working with Emily and Olivia. I was very disappointed to learn that the therapist will no longer be able to provide OT for my daughter after school. We were only informed on the same day that it would be her last session. I believe at least a two-week notice would have been appropriate, especially since I had shared my available times before we started, and was told the schedule would work. This is a really child centered environment and company. The owner hires great staff and is a SLP herself so you get a very personalized service that you might not get from a larger chain company. We receive both Speech and OT for my kids. I have had different practitioners since we have been attending here for multiple years but flexibility with scheduling is helpful.
