KM did a nice job installing our patio cover. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions when they would pop up. Fair price and great communication. The crew was courteous, kind and respectful too. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but it was resolved in a timely manner. I do wish the spacing of the poles were all the same distance as we discussed before installing the poles with the crew. We moved to Menifee in mid-2018. Our new home didn't have a back patio cover, and as we did a search for patio covers, we came across KM Patio Covers, and we are glad we did! Later that same year, we had our patio cover done and were very pleased with the professionalism they have. Even the music they played while working was to our liking. Trust us, give them a call, free estimates and if you're military or a veteran, let them know, they have incentives for those who served!
