Got a roll up door motor installed 4 years ago, the unit died out of the blue, without any warning, I rang them at 8am on a Monday morning, the motor was checked and replaced, up and running by 11am the same day! I've never seen such a quick response in my whole life, can't recommend these guys highly enough.
