Above and beyond service (and flowers)! I placed an order with K and M Floral online for same day delivery. I ordered a floral arrangement for the passing of a family friend. In my rush to order the flowers, I accidentally chose a vase that was for a celebrating a new born. They reached out and offered to swap the vase out for me since I had noted it was for a funeral. The attention to detail and customer service is top notch. I will be back to buy more flowers from them.
I received such a beautiful arrangement from K&M floral. My boyfriend gave them my favorite flowers and colors and they did their magic
My mom's funeral flowers and they were just horrible. When I contacted them they could care less. This was so disappointing. It was a sad day and the flowers made it much more so!
