KM Construction did a superior job re-roofing our 50 x 80 35 year old pole barn. The crew were experienced, thorough and efficient. They stripped off the two old layers and had to replace about half of the plywood. No problem for them. Took less than 2 days. The workmanship excellent and they meticulously cleaned up all around the area. I'll have them do our house next and recommend them strongly. Frank Azzarello Bull Valley
Terrible communication and followup with Ziggy...Never returns phone calls! I had to get another company to do what should have been warrantied.
Sorry, I have to revise my previous review of this business. I had a very positive experience with KM five years ago, so I thought I would contact them again for gutter replacements. I scheduled an appointment. They didn’t show up. So I called to reschedule. Again, a no show. And they never called to explain what happened. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Very disappointed.
They did tuck pointing for me. The job was done very quickly and they did excellent work. I will use them again. I Highly recommend their services.
