He called right at 11:00 to let me know he was running a little late but was already on the way, which I really appreciated. Good communication like that makes a big difference. Absolutely fantastic carpet cleaning experience! The service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and priced just right. My dog managed to get oil pastels, glue, and permanent marker all over the carpet, and my wife and I were really worried we’d never get it clean again.
