From my first call to ask questions and see about scheduling, I was kept updated about my appointment and when Brandon would arrive. When Brandon got to my home in Brighton, he explained the whole carpet cleaning process and what he was going to do. He really knows his stuff, and the company is very professional. I had an area rug, three hall runners, two bedrooms with carpet, plus the back door steps and landing cleaned. I am very happy we chose K&M Carpet Care for our carpet cleaning. David answered all our questions, gave us a fair quote, and was able to schedule us quickly. He was friendly, arrived on time, and made our carpets look fantastic. He removed old water and pet stains left by the previous owners, as well as newer stains from spills. David used corner protectors when bringing in the cleaning hoses, which really helped protect our walls. The carpets dried nicely in just a couple of days. I can't say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service! Not only did they make our old, dirty carpet look brand new, but Brandon was also great to work with. We moved into a house and the carpets really needed professional attention. There were about eight big stains and a lot of dog hair, but Brandon was able to remove all of it, which was amazing.
