I’m so glad I found this carpet cleaning company. Brandon came to my home and did an amazing job—he was very detailed and professional throughout the whole process. The equipment he used was top-notch and much more powerful than what I’ve seen with other companies. I get my carpets cleaned often, and this was by far the best experience. From my first call to ask questions and see about scheduling, I was kept updated about my appointment and when Brandon would arrive. When Brandon got to my home in Brighton, he explained the whole carpet cleaning process and what he was going to do. He really knows his stuff, and the company is very professional. I am very happy we chose K&M Carpet Care for our carpet cleaning. David answered all our questions, gave us a fair quote, and was able to schedule us quickly. He was friendly, arrived on time, and made our carpets look fantastic. He removed old water and pet stains left by the previous owners, as well as newer stains from spills. David used corner protectors when bringing in the cleaning hoses, which really helped protect our walls. The carpets dried nicely in just a couple of days.
