Got a car through them. The back door was wrecked and window wouldnt stay up. And the car needed a new battery and terminals. I was told if they were to install the door and "spray paint" it the best they could and get the battery figured out they were goin To charge another 500 just for labor. Kelsey (the owner) gives you the kind of experience you hope to get when buying a car, but rarely do. She's not a sales person, so you don't feel that awkward pressure to buy from her.
