I was considering eating here and after reading all the reviews, especially the ones that are giving not so great reviews you guys are absolutely unprofessional and do not know how to take constructive criticism. My Wife and I are rarely in the neighborhood but were so excited to finally be able to try this place when we were on this side. Started off with no boudin balls….okay, now worries, we can skip the appetizers. We both ordered platters, basically entrees with 2 sides each. She got the fried shrimp with Mac n cheese and fried green beans and I got the fried catfish, fried okra, and beans and rice with sausage. It was ok. Not great enough to return. We found it pricey. The gator was good but we got very minimal amount. You pay and tip before the meal has even arrived. I don’t like the idea of tipping before even getting an experience of the service. You have to go up and order they don’t come to the table to take your order.
