We had a tree split in a wind storm, but we didn't notice until almost 4PM the day after. Klug's came out to assess, which we expected a day or two for removal due to the late notice, but Jordan was kind enough to see that it needed to be taken out sooner rather than later. His crew stayed until almost 8PM to get the tree out! I'm impressed with Klug's for their service and willingness to help in an emergency situation. -1 as communication was almost non existent (zero calls about coming out to assess or do the work) which led to a little haggard volunteer tree being left behind - not a big deal and mostly funny. I thought it was all one tree when I described it on the phone, so technically they did exactly as I asked, but surely we could’ve assumed I didn’t want this thing and added that into the quote lol. Good work though, cleaned up well wouldn’t know they were here aside from a freshly trimmed maple. Thanks!
