I gave myself the "gift" of Klug Fitness when my daughter turned 1 and it has been the best thing I've done - I only wish I had started sooner! I love fitness and have been involved in something "athletic" my entire life - the training is periodized and progressive. It has been such a fantastic addition to my life. I feel so much better and stronger. I tell people I'd eat rice and beans every day before I gave up Klug. James is who I work with - he is fantastic and I'd recommend him to anyone.
