I was hoping to rent an apartment this management company had available. The apartment was really what we wanted, and Karen and Kim were just wonderful helping us go through the process of applying. I had the opportunity to speak to them many times, and they did everything they could to help us. Regrettably, the timing didn’t work out for us to get it, and another tenant was waiting in the wings, so obviously we had to let it go.
