Poor communicators, from provision of contract to clarification of pick up date. Received text a week after paying deposit that balance was due but still had not received contract via email. Called them to advise such and was told " they had wrote down wrong email" but no one tried to contact us by phone, of which they had correct details because they were able to text us about the balance due!!! Then had to contact them to chase up and confirm pickup date!! Do love the car, the rest of the experience at the best was average... read more

If I could give a lower score I would. I bought a Ford Everest early last year specifically as a tow vehicle. A short time later I discovered, while towing my van, that the brake controller and trailer brakes were not working. I tried to get help while travelling but that was a waste of time. This was a major safety issue. I limped home and it is now December, 2 emails to the office online, several phone calls and 20 sms all unheeded by anyone in the organisation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
If I could give them a 0 star I would, 7 weeks ago I went into Kloster at Newcastle to get finance on a car, the experience was nothing but painful, 0 communication I had to call for constant updates to be told the same thing and the progress wasn’t getting anywhere, after 7 weeks of pretty much no communication, we pulled the plug and asked for our deposit back, they transferred the deposit back without any communication. Absolutely disgusting service.
