UNDER Serviced; OVER paid- Wrong service address; Wrong date; No loan car (as arranged) No communication. - just very STRESSFUL situations; What a mistake to go there.
We live 50km away. My partner lost her expensive phone and all her cards, most likely, when she was getting into her car after the service - she had it when she paid a few minutes earlier. Didn't realise until she got home an hour later. First of all Klosters don't answer phone calls and secondly they couldn't give a stuff when she finally rang the sales area. Cannot speak too highly of Klosters, especially Gary Green. He went the extra miles, both figuratively and literally, when I was purchasing my car. I highly recommend anyone purchasing a used car go and see Gary Green at Klosters Hamilton.
Received mail from Klosters for warranty service. Wasted a lot of time waiting on the phone for 3/4 hour and no one answered. Had to phone sales who then contacted service. Tried to contact them again , no answer , they didn’t return messages left. Tried to contact them again and left message. Woman who called back seemed uninterested . Excuses for poor phone service range from short staffing to phone migration issues. Either way they have lost our business. We will find another mechanic service.
I purchased the car online I wasn’t going to cause I am from Sydney and the car was in Newcastle. The sales man I was dealing with Alister Robson was like all car sales people, promising what you wanted to hear. He promised me he would have my car delivered to me by the 4/10. So he arranged a driver to drive it to Sydney, which the driver did and used three tolls to get here. Tolls were approximately twenty five dollars.
