Nissan was amazing to deal with frank made everything super easy for me and made sure it was on time for me and fit it into my schedule with work and everything can’t recommend frank enough for everyone
Sara was so lovely and not pushing like most car sales people are. Sara was patient and answered any question even via sms if anything else came up that I hadn’t asked on the day.
My car has been in the service centre for 3 days and no one will return my calls to tell me what is wrong with the car. I have been messed around being told I need to contact Nissan Australia to organise my own hire car, only to be told that I’ve been misinformed and it’s the dealerships responsibility to organise, and when I called back to ask for one they tell me it’s too late now to organise.
