Bought my first car from here and Sara was super kind and helpful, and even personally delivered my car to my home over an hour away when it was not ready on the original date. Detailing staff were pushy and honestly a little bit rude.
Every interaction I had with Kloster Nissan was first rate. They all were very friendly and answered any enquiries with sound knowledge and confidence. A really awesome experience. A special mention to Kory who went that extra step. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no problem in recommending Kloster Nissan to friends and family.
We walked into Nissan without an appointment, and they were more than happy to help us and let us test drive two different cars without a salesman needing to come along. Something as simple as that made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable, and it definitely contributed to our decision to buy the vehicle. Joseph was great throughout the process, and the bloke who initially helped (I forget his name, but he worked in used sales) us when we first walked in was great as well

I recently purchased a new Nissan X-Trail from Kloster Nissan Newcastle. The vehicle itself has been excellent, and I have no complaints about the car. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership from the very beginning has been disappointing.
