I took my car for a service, I had some issue with a modification that was done to my car without contacting me first. I spoke with the service manager about this issue and we came to a resolution I am happy with.
Worst experience Zero to no communication Always having to chase the sales team to get updates and information on the car Sales manager shifted to the goal post on what promised vs what was delivered Big push to have the car paid for by the end of the month then no communication at all
Both Frank & Russell were absolutely amazing with the purchase of a second hand car for my daughter. No matter what I asked for they delivered - even bringing the pick up date forward by 3 days!!! Full tank of fuel included when we drove away. What more could a girl want?! Highly recommend Kloster Nissan at Hamilton for your next vehicle purchase
