Very good service from all the staff who helped me purchase my new car today, namely Neil,Bill and Darcy ,thankyou.
My experience with the used car sales team at Kloster Mitsubishi was disappointing. The manager I dealt with - Tristan was not approachable and unprofessional with the level of customer service. Important information about the warranty, including the exact expiry date, was not provided before a final written offer could be put forward. Clear communication and transparency are essential when making a purchase decision, and unfortunately this was lacking during my conversation.
We made contact with Kloster Mitsubishi right on opening time Sunday morning. Daniel Petroviski brightly and professionally answered the phone. He waded through my endless questions with a pleasant and gentlemanly manner providing accurate information. We attended the dealership within the hour as indicated a test vehicle in very similar specifications was indeed available for our perusal and test drive. The first person we came across was nice and actually put his lunch aside to help so thank you to him. Then we went out to look at the car and the second sales person came out he was ok and then the ‘so called sales manager’ came out, he came across rude but justified it by saying ‘I don’t want to waste anyone’s time’ fair enough. He then proceeded to say to my partner what visa are you on? PR etc which was the nail in the coffin for me, so he assumed/judged that my partner was not an Australian citizen.
