Absolutely loved the customer service from the entire team, we were treated like royalty. They are organised and sincerely enjoy what they do. I'd particularly like to appreciate Taylor from finance who was ready and did not tire of the numerous questions we had, both on site and later by phone. Thanks Kloster Mitsubishi team.

I tried to book my car in for a service and holy smoke.... First on hold for 30 minutes. I then said stuff that and tried to book on line and got sent an email saying the date which was available on line was only tentatively booked... After a few days with no confirmation, I called up, waited for 10 minutes on hold and then asked for a call back. They called back within a short period but then didn't know how to make a booking. They needed my VIN in order to make a service booking! I have never come across that in all my lif... read more
