Booking a service by phone is so bad
After speaking on the phone with a Kloster service booking agent, I submitted an online enquiry to Klosters regarding the cost of a major service, as I noticed the quote may include items that were already replaced in prior services. I simply wanted to clarify whether these components were being unnecessarily bundled into the service based on the assumption they hadn't been done before. I have been a loyal customer of Kloster Honda since I purchased my Honda Civic 14 years ago. Yes it is old but still going strong. It was extremely difficult to get through to the Service department to book a service and a Rego Inspection. I was cut off numerous times. When I finally received a return call the next day I was told that there was no service time available until 23rd June. My vehicle needed a Rego Inspection by 30th May. Very unprofessional. After waiting a month to get in to look at replacing a broken clip on a sun shade and quoting over $5000, but also looking at recalibrating rain sensors and high beam sensors, driving away with both not working was very disappointing. After 3 phone calls each time with a promise to call me back, I have given up.
