Looking to purchase a new car, wandered round the showroom and the cars outside. Not one person approached me to discuss what I was looking for.
Bought brand new Eclipse Cross from Kloster /Mitsubishi Ford Hamilton, was taking it back for services, and I would book months in advance for a loan car, as I do disability and need a car for the day. Today they told me, you now have to pay for a loan car, and after 40 ks its a $1 a k, so wont be getting any more services done with them😡😡 To the reply, mitsubishi is at Hamilton ford, so under the same roof, I would have taken my car back for the services for the rest of its life.
I would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with Kloster Ford based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward warranty and service process turned into months of frustration, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability. I repeatedly had to chase updates myself, with long periods of silence and inconsistent information being provided. I feel sad to give this review as I felt I gave the benefit of the doubt and stayed positive for as long as I could. Communication was terrible, I picked up the car and there was no log books or manuals, took me 3 phone calls to finally go back and pick up log books that then indicated the car had not been serviced even though I was told it had been .
