I had been searching for a new groomer when I saw a well-groomed pup and asked the owner where they had gone—she recommended this place. My last experience elsewhere was awful; my dog was shaved to the skin and came home visibly shaken. I knew I couldn't take him back there. I really wanted to like KLOS but I was very underwhelmed. The salon is gorgeous and the staff are friendly, but the grooming is no better than anywhere else in the area. Considering it is double the price of other groomers, my expectations of the service are going to be higher but not unreasonably so. I discussed every detail in person with the top priority being to not cut the beard of my Havanese as a long beard is what gives the Havanese their unique look.
