The service and support provided from beginning to end was incredible. During the recent wind storm and heat wave our hydro meter post was damaged and needed a full replacement....... during the heatwave!! The team that arrived first thing in the morning were awesome. They worked hours in the heat explaining things along the way. Our power was restored by mid day ..... A/C included. We would highly recommend Klos Concepts Ltd. Lydia
Klos Concepts did a good job tackling a knotty problem for us. A tree limb took down our power lines, breaking the insides of the meter base. The owner Karl Klos searched diligently for a replacement part, in order to save us some expense. This was unsuccessful because of the age of the equipment. Ultimately, a bunch of stuff had to be replaced, including a brand new meter base, but Karl worked closely with ESA to re-use as much of the existing installation as possible. Truly 5* service! Klos Concepts was quick to respond to my inquiry, got 2 electricians over to my house within a few hours, and had the issue fixed shortly thereafter. Information (including prices) was sent to me ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The problem we thought was the culprit was actually not, but Connor and Noah worked diligently and were able to figure out the issue and get it fixed. They were kind, professional, and respectful!
