This landlord charged us upon move-out for drain line issues and a toilet reseating that were relevant issues when we moved into the property and were marked on the initial move-in form. She charged for repairs and for an emergency maintenance request when sewage came up from the drainage line in the closet. I will not recommend this property management company to anyone.
RecommendedGreat landlord! Responsive to any issues in a timely manner - never really have any though. Landlord also makes everything easy and streamlined with online forms and online rent payment. Regular maintenance and pest control of entire building. Landlord even keeps us updated about news relating to our area / near building. I would rent from KLOP Properties LLC in the future.
