This company offers some of the best prices on steel, but their customer service is extremely poor. After payment is made, communication drops off completely. They charge for products with a promised five-day delivery, but the items are never shipped. Obtaining a refund then becomes a long and unnecessarily bureaucratic process.

Confirming what other drivers have said about this place: terrible professionalism. These people don't care about your time. It took me over 4 hours to unload. Every time a local truck arrives, they give it priority and leave you behind. Ask for more money for this load; you'll waste your time.

I don’t leave one star often. AVOID this place at all costs if possible. There is nothing fast about it. You think you will be unloaded early, you won’t. These guys don’t start until around 0900. They pull you into the bay a few trucks at a time and you sit. Hands down the slowest place to unload 9 bundles of angle or flat. The guys aren’t cool either they barely speak English and not friendly

Drivers, if you come here, be prepared to wait several hours, not to mention that they don't respect your arrival time, because every time a local truck comes, they put it in front of you without excuse, and if it's your lunch break, you'll have to sleep there because the waiting time is long, so if you can avoid this burden, I recommend it.
