Itzel recently came to my home to install a ceiling fan, replace some outlets and install two smoke detectors. She was fantastic and displayed knowledge and experience beyond her age. I would recommend Itzel highly to do electrical work in your home.
Pretty disappointed. Called Klocks to label my clients breaker box and they quoted me $225 over the phone. Once the invoice came through to my client, it was double- $450. No call ahead to either of us saying the work would cost more and now conveniently, they won’t answer their phone. Been calling for days. Feel completely taken advantage of.
I cant ever get a hold of this company. My calls are constantly ignored.
Highly recommend Klocks. They’ve done enhancements, including extra outlets and EV charger for us over the last couple years. Today, we had an issue with the breaker for our AC. They came within 30 minutes and had us back up and running. They’re friendly, honest and professional. Take the time to explain the issue and the work.
Klock's is a great crew. They are timely; their work is high quality; they charge fair prices, and they're transparent with their findings and recommendations. Can't beat all of that in one team.
