Great clinic overall, receptionists are pleasant and friendly. But I really want to acknowledge Dr. Sokolowski, by far the best doctor I've ever seen. It is clear he became a doctor because he actually wants to help people; he's not there just for the paycheque. He will actually listen to you and try and solve the issues, not just have you pop a pill and on to the next patient. I cannot recommend him enough. He is the only doctor I trust for myself and my family.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience with Dr.Andrew Sokolowski. He barely acknowledged my concerns and seemed more focused on his computer than on me. I felt unheard and dismissed during our entire visit. It was clear to me that he lacks the essential skills to connect with patients and provide proper care. I do not recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Andrew Sokolowski at the KLO Medical Clinic.
I have been seeing Dr. Makhdoom for almost 4 years now. He is my 3rd family doctor in the 58 years I have lived in Kelowna and he and his team continue to give me the same grrrreat care I have received in the past. While receiving care from Dr. Makhdoom I have also received care from others that are part of his team including Dr. Wolf and nurse Nicole.
