Shoddy work. This company was not contracted by me to replace a roof, the work was poor. The roof was warped amd that is how they left it. In the eve where two parts came together no caulking was done. Anyone who rated this company a 5 never had the work inspected. They should not be on BBBs list and if I was a homeowner who used this company- get the roof inspected the chance they did a bad sloppy job is high.
We are exceedingly happy with the service, quality and outcome of our roof replacement by KLM Roofing. Todd's service from the first call, working with insurance, the day of the work, hiring the gutter contractor and follow-up made this the lowest stress and most efficient home maintenance I remember. We highly recommend.
KLM performed my roof inspection before I bought my house, and was very detailed on what would need to be fixed. I had them out to repair some shingles, install some flashing, and install some ventilation. They were very quick to respond, the the price was completely reasonable With the recent rain storms, I noticed my back porch cover had several leaks.
