My experience with KLM was as a buyer. We had already discussed buying with the seller and Kathy made every step so hard. We ended up backing out of a house we had our hearts set in because it wasn't worth dealing with this company. A week after our initial closing date there were still things that weren't complete in order to sell. I do not believe she is a clear advocate for her clients. Not looking for a solution, just wanted to be honest.
