Warning to all this is not a company. This is a guy selling garbage out of his basement. I'm not going to sit here and bore everyone with the details but yes, this guy sells bargain basement junk and has no problem trying to commit fraud. I purchased a Mopar CCV filter and this guy sends out a cheap replacement part instead, won't respond to emails, phone calls, or take his junk back. I'll be spreading the word to as many sources as possible to help people avoid this fraud.
Bad bad bad worst ever service and blame on customer. I ordered a map sensor and it threw a code so I ask for my money back after reinstalling the oem map and having to delete the code they sent me another one and it threw a code also so of course I went back to the 08 map sensor that came on the truck new . The only reason I was changing it is because it was oem and old but age apparently doesn't matter and the new part is not compatible.
Very rude customer service. Only asked for one of three items ordered to be replaced[defective]. Only to be told i'm incompatant . I felt very looked down on
Ordered custom brake hoses. Rear one leaks at crimp. Contacted klm and was basically belittled and put down . Disrespectful customer service
Ordered a camshaft sensor, sent over engine data tag as requested, camshaft sensor was delivered, upon removing my bad sensor and comparing what was delivered to what I removed from my engine they were different, since the box was opened I could not return. How else would I determine they don't match? Of course I am going to open the box when you took the serial number off the engine to ID what part I need. would like to buy brake lines to ship to canada...unable to navigate site as it isnt letting me select "canada"...i have emailed and reached out sooo many times over the past 1-2 months, but have NEVER ever gotten a response. will go back to toytech and purchase from them. I will keep this negative review until a KLM agent reaches out.
Awesome job guys , I ordered a pump couple minutes later they called to confirm it was correct due to other possible options . I told them I got part replacement number from the manufacturer, they verified and sent out same day ordered think I was gonna have to wait a week 2 days later I have my part and excited my truck is back on the road . Thank you guys ????
