Today my wife and I had our six month inspection. This time it was on air conditioining unit. Mike Duffy is the one i have requested for the past many years. I trust Mike to do a good job. He is not pushy, but he does let me know what is going on with the units (furnace or a/c). I recommend KLM and, if you can, ask for Mike. I don't think you can go wrong.
KLM is the best company I have ever used. Mike Duffy was extremely polite and always extremely thorough in performing the check of the system. Always explains everything to us before departing and makes sure we have no question unanswered. Would recommend the company to anyone looking for heating and cooling issues.
We had a Reme Halo unit installed by KLM to improve the air quality in our home and our technician Mike Duffy was excellent. He was very professional and personable. Thanks KLM, and thank you, Mike!
