We were towed to KLM as it was the closet AAA garage from where we broke down. It was a great experience. Kevin explained our problem and promptly fixed our issues and charged us a fair price for the work he had to do. We had never been here before but I won’t go anywhere else for any future repairs! Kevin thanks again for excellent service!

I had to make a 2nd apt did not have the part so I made another apt a week in advance, dropped car off night before so it was available to be worked on first thing in the morning however why did it take until 4pm to be ready for pick up I was not happy with this extended time caused me a lot of inconvience regarding my ride to pick up the car also got a first phone call saying it would be 389.00 to fix then a 2nd call came sorry another part is bad will not be 900.00 to fix and I had not choice to say NO The part was off and... read more

I love KLM auto repair they have a pleasent atmosphere with great staff they always can find the root of the problem and they are very fair with there pricing and Kevin the owner is very honest i wouldnt go anywhere else..

As a new resident to Chicopee, I've had to find a new mechanic and I am so happy that I chose Kevin and his crew at KLM. They have always been honest, upfront, and fair when it has come to my car.
