Very professional! Great customer service and communication. Received the appraisal very quickly. As far as some of the negative reviews. Some people just aren't happy with the truth of what their house will appraise for.

Never showed up for two appraisals! Spent over 800 dollars to have a rushed appraisal, didn’t even get a call to let us know they weren’t coming! Don’t waste your time! Pathetic!
