Sitting here watching your driver 34071 trying to back in at Walmart dc in Robert, LA. Plenty of room and she's been at it probably 15 minutes. Definitely not ready to be out here on her own. If she trained at your company your trainers suck. I don't help people with backing up because it's like a courtesy wreck. Not being responsible for their inexperienc.

Night & weekend dispatch is complete garbage.. literally have you waiting on the phone for 45m- 1 hour with just 5 people in front of you… ALSO If you live in Houston do not work for this company.. they do not have any drop yards or parking for Houston drivers.. they expect you to find a place to park the truck and pay for it.
