Called an hour before closing on a sunday to see about a walk in and they fit us in 20 minutes later! Did an exceptional job on my bfs beard trim & fade. Couldn't be more appreciative of the southern hospitality & the service itself

I called before I came in.a black guy answered said he was there. I get there, a guy who barely spoke English was the one who cut my hair. I advised him I wanted just an "even all over " cut. .he looked at me crazy and said " skin faid" and I repeated " even all over thin beard ". I realized then I should have got up and left due to the language barrier, so I will take my part in that. But he cut my hair all the way down almost to my scalp . I’m not an expert of the craft of cutting hair but I know when one looks a mess. My husband came home looking like a he got into a fight with some clippers and lost! I asked who butchered your hair and he told me a guy name Jay. For him to have almost a decade of “experience” I’d think he would have done way better than what I saw. And he has the nerve to have “stillundefeated” on his business card. Undefeated in a client leaving his chair with a decent hair cut?
