TRICARE Beneficiaries Beware! Complete waste of time, gas, and lost work hours. Office manager refused to proceed with the appointment, because I refused to provide my social security number( SSN). Per TRICARE, all required information is included in the referral and policy account number . The only purpose of a SSN is for unpaid billing or debt collection. As a retired surgeon myself, I knew of Ralph Wesley's qualifications as the best in eyelid surgery. He has authored a textbook on the subject and has trained many young surgeons. Poor follow-up , left with major scare tissue and excess skin on incision site on my eyelids that are very noticeable with no plan to correct. Poor results for the finished look. Came in to remove excess skin from eyelids which resulted in poor execution of a clean incision site.
Absolutely the best ! Had my eye lid and brow done a few months ago. Could not ask for a better experience. I don't have that movie star weird look ... lol, thank God . Family and friends that were not aware of my surgery only comment that I look refreshed and less stressed. Doctor Wesley , listen to my concerns before surgery and did exactly as I asked. I was extremely nervous before surgery and had seen other doctors results, Scary. You only get one shot at this , thanks Doctor Wesley!
Dr. Klippenstein is not only competent and very well trained, she is also courteous, friendly and personable. Her office staff are very efficient and as courteous, friendly and personable as their boss.. Their people skills are outstanding, which unfortunately is no longer the norm these days. My experience was truly excellent from beginning to end of my contact with them. Would I recommend Dr. Klippenstein to family and friends? Absolutely and with no hesitation whatsoever!
Recently had surgery to remove a lesion on eyelid. Excellent care from beginning to end. Nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Klippenstein all friendly and took care to answer questions.
I had a great experience with Dr. Klippenstein. I had my upper eyelids done and was very nervous about it. She explained it and with confidence that I will love my results. I had read some other site reviews and saw that people were saying it would take 3 months to see the exact results and I can say they were right. I am glad I chose Dr. Klippenstein and love my results.
