Great Customer Service. I recently bought the 10lb box of sandpaper end rolls, about a 2000% value over the box stores. It had a ration of coarse % to medium fine 5%. I contacted them and they are sending me out the medium and fine that were supposed to be in there without the adding strain of shipping back a bunch of large sandpaper that would require costly shipping due to box size. Thanks! Will definitely buy again.

Sales rep took my order incorrectly, wrong flapper wheels. Had to call and get correct ones twice. Finally got them and they charged me $25 more than was agreed by sales rep. Call and called left mult messages finally got a hold of someone. They didn’t make it right. And really didn’t care. So over $25 and wasting my time will never use them ever again. Way more places that want my business.

Very bad customer service. Will not let me return a product due there own mistake! Plan on taking the issue up as far as I can as it is just plan wrong.
