I would give a 0 if I could. We had nothing but a negative experience from the start with Klingner-Cope Rivermonte. Starting the day we met with them after my fathers death, the room we were taken to was dirty and disheveled with boxes and papers stacked all around. When they went to show us the chapel, they couldn't find the lights - my sister finally found the lights so that we could see. The chapel was dirty with cobwebs hanging from the lights and the corners. Then the obituary was full of errors, not the file that we ha... read more
