I do not appreciate the child living there that came outside at 713AM screaming at the neighbors dog bc it was barking at a bear. It was telling us there was something wrong. That specific child has been screaming non stop at people and whatever is going on. The girl told the dog to shut up and had no idea what was going on, please keep the children inside and controlled.
