Treated like family! For years I've been taking my 2 dogs to the big fancy vet hospitals that always catch your eye. I've since learned that was a huge mistake. After yet another poor experience and getting way overcharged, I decided to look for a new vet. I found Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital, and was immediately impressed when the vet Dr. Bob answered the phone. I had a TON of questions, but he patiently answered them all. EXCELLENT! Dr. Bob is excellent! I drive over an hour to take my pets to him. He's calm, caring and really knows his stufft. He explains things in easy to understand terms and looks out for me and my pets' best interest -AND my wallet! He discusses treatments with me before performing them, so i'm aware of prices & options--which is a first from all the vets I've seen before I was referred to Dr. Bob years ago. Your pets are in safe hands here and I highly recommend Dr. Bob!Â
Thanks For Saving Her Life. Dr. Bob has been the only vet our dog has ever gone to. A few weeks ago our 9 year old Cocker Spaniel was rushed to the emergency vet. We were advised to take her immediately to her primary vet when they opened the next morning @ 7am. The next morning, she was at Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital where the staff treated her as one of their own. She had emergency surgery and spent 3 days recuperating in the best care possible. GREAT SERVICES I have used Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital for years for all my animals vet services and boarding. We have always received friendly ,professional, personal care. I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends or family.
Awesome vet I've been taking my animals to Dr. Bob for 10+ years. He's a fantastic, caring vet. He's realistic about what type of treatment to give (for example, let's try a couple different options before we resort to something that's going to cost me a fortune). I've also boarded my pets there, AND gone in to check on things. I've never seen any evidence on anything inappropriate. very good doctor I would recommend Dr Bob to take care of your pets he is a very loving and concerned Doctor. The kennels are kept clean at all times,you can come in the back with your pets at any time! all of the instruments are sterlized after each procedure. I will be taking my pets to him also I am currently a employee of his.He does not try to sell or recommend anything that is not necessary!! he is not in business just for the money he loves his patients!!
Very Satisfied None of the stories I have read on these reviews are accurate..Dr. Marshall has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about my pets. I have boarded my pets here and I have always been satisfied and my dogs taken very good care of...I would highly recommend this hospital for your pets.
Coursey Boulevard Animal Hosp is a bad clinic and boarding facility The vet always addressed me like a five year old; particularly when it comes to 1-800 Pet Meds (you get the lecture with every order). With regard to boarding, he touts his Sunday pick up and even charges you for the Sunday night that your pet doesn't stay because he has to pay his prompt and professional staff. Won't Share Medical Records After diagnosing a bladder stone which involves a costly surgical procedure, I asked for my dog's records to discuss a second opinion elsewhere. They would not give it to me. They claimed the other vet could request it and I would have to sign paper work consenting to do so. I complied, but they still refused to give me x-rays and test results claiming the other vet would have to pick this information up and I could not.
