Absolute worst mangement company. Repeated water shutoffs at Georgetown Vista condos in Arlington and refusal to take phone calls. Lawsuit pending.
There really should be a "zero star" option. I completely agree with the other two reviewers and would add that not only a lot of what they do (and don't do) is technically against the law, but also plain cruel, inconsiderate, and tantamount to bullying owners and residents. It frankly astounds me that our Board of Directors hasn't already dumped them, especially in this day + age of management companies being continuously turned over everywhere else I look.
