Driver started to pull out in front of me while driving around Elkhart. He had a red light and my direction was green. I honked and he slammed his brakes. He then proceeded to follow and honk at me as we drove around. Clearly safe driving and courtesy are not top priorities. Definitely won’t ever use this business, as he seems to think harassing others while driving is a big joke.
Dale was quick and tidy about snaking this drain, which was located in my work area. I ended up having another issue that needed more help, but he got me connected with someone else who was able to fix it the following business day. He was also a good sport when I got my camera out and asked if I could take a picture.
Noticed my clean out for my pipe was backing up into my yard. I called my landlord and he got Kline’s to come out and snake our drain. After only an hour of being here we have free flowing water again in our pipes! Friendly, fast, and efficient. Will definitely use again!
Terrible customer service. Very rude. Watch the prices too, they never serviced one of the things I was quoted and I was charged for it. Prepare for the mess they will leave behind.
I have used Klines for years,never any problems with their work, highly recommend.
