Dale has been out to my house a handful of times and is always the nicest and works to find the cheapest option for you!!! Customer service is 5 stars, prices are 5 stars! We will probably never use another plumber again. He always tries to work around his schedule to fit you in and gets the job done quickly.

Driver started to pull out in front of me while driving around Elkhart. He had a red light and my direction was green. I honked and he slammed his brakes. He then proceeded to follow and honk at me as we drove around. Clearly safe driving and courtesy are not top priorities. Definitely won’t ever use this business, as he seems to think harassing others while driving is a big joke.

Today was the 2nd time I used the company. Both times were excellent service and they moved things around to fit me in a day earlier than scheduled. Lower pricing than competitors and fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend and I will continue being a customer when needed.

I have used them twice… a rooter on a kitchen sink plug and a new basement lift pump. They were excellent… great service, on-time, and a price much better than most plumbers. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Called first thing in the morning and he was here by the afternoon. Great communication, explained everything he was going to do. Fixed my issue and told me how to maintain for the future. Dale was awesome, great pricing also. Would highly recommend Kline's Ready-Rooter Services!
