Carol helped us acquire a second home in the Lakes Region and recently helped us purchase an adjoining piece of land. In addition to her great knowledge of the region, she also is super helpful with her network of lenders, inspectors, title companies, and so on. Our recent land purchase took only a month from us seeing the property listed to closing!

I have bought and sold three houses through Carol, but the first house had two prior ones fall through before I was able to bring the third to closing, so really it's been 5 houses she's helped me buy or try to buy, and two she's sold for me. She has been the BEST through all of these!
