Originally located by the train tracks in Old Town Manassas, we have remained at 9014 Centreville Road since the 1950s. Unprofessional and irresponsible company. Their driver (Zleti) hit a shopping cart in the Home Depot parking lot, which then slammed into my car and scratched it. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he argued with me and refused to help or acknowledge his mistake. He in fact denied all responsibility and kept saying, “it’s not my fault because my truck didn’t directly touch your car.” I even called someone from Kline’s office to come to the scene, but the lady who came was just as unhelpful. Kline Memorials were kind, courteous, and prompt. From the first visit, to the headstone being installed was less than 3 months. The time from contract signing to installation was less than a month! The staff is wonderful.
Working with Kline Memorials has made the difficult task of selecting a memorial stone an easier experience than I thought possible. I am in California and needed a stone placed in Congressional Cemetery in Washington, DC. Shannon helped me through the process. I heartily recommend their service.
