Very informative and helpful. Although I did not end up needing to use their services, my brief interactions with them over the phone were good. I spoke with Elizabeth and she was very polite and genuine. It is business, but genuine concern and friendliness can go along way and that is something I respect. Both Rob, and Rosie were excellent at helping not only my mom, but me during the challenges of an auto accident. Rob as a lawyer fought tooth and nail to ensure we were covered, and compensated for our injuries and future challenges. Rosie the paralegal is extremely detailed oriented, and professional.
