2 HVAC units were inspected for seasonal purposes. The second floor unit was in great shape, but the first floor heat pump had a defective capacitor that was repaired during the visit. Zack identified another is with the gas heater under the house. Its repair was postponed until a later date. Prompt, and courteous service.
