We had one of our units stop working and Parker from Klimatology came out the next day and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to get a part to fix the unit but was back the next day and fixed it. We’re really pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and timelines.

Last winter, I had an issue with my HVAC system — it was blowing cold air. I first contacted the company that originally installed it, and they recommended replacing the entire system due to a supposedly broken heat exchanger.
