I work as a professional car transporter. I recently delivered a 2018 BMW from an Manheim auction to this dealership. The car was already in used condition — scratched, with visible wear and tear — exactly how I picked it up. We appreciate getting the vehicle done in a timely manor, however the labor cost of $663 - which is more than the parts cost - seems very high. Engine light was still coming on and is scheduled to be checked again 11/5.
