I scheduled an appointment to get a diagnostic and to check the starter of my truck since I thought that what was the problem. The service people automatically assumed it was my transmission then they told me it was the exhaust and flex pipe. After 2 weeks of no communication from them regarding what the problem was, I had to keep reaching out to them. They finally told me after 2 weeks, told me it was the starter.
