I received a bill for $150. After inquiring if my insurance had been billed, I was told I didn't upload the information. After uploading the paperwork for the second time, I received another bill for $150. The insurance had been billed, but a payable diagnosis had not been used. The insurance requested the appointment be rebilled with a different diagnosis, but Kathy refused. I now have to pay when my insurance should be paying. Personally we were not a good fit, but that doesn't mean that you won't be.

This lady is not very compassionate and extremely judgmental...not very good traits as a counselor/therapist. I only had a couple of sessions with her before I found someone else who was 10 times better. The funny thing is years later when I needed a copy of my records and it was a pain...to say the least.
