My landlord contracted K&S to replace the roof over my rowhome porch. NOT the roof on my unit, JUST the roof over my porch. Less than 128 square feet. A crew of 3 "pros" couldn't even get a shingle up in 7.5 hours, the job for them took 2 full days. 1000% Do NOT recommend. UPDATE, 2/22/2023: Porch roof is still leaking. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
Had to use a 8' break. Phill let me right in and I took care of what I needed to do.. Thanks Phill
