DO NOT COME to this clinic! I would give zero star if I can and you will agree with me after hearing my tragic story. The dentist performed a filling back in 2023, terrible pain started in a week right after it’s done. I came back and asked the dentist to double check the filling and she told me everything looks fine. In 2024, the terrible pain bothered me again, the dentist told me I need to do a root canal treatment otherwise the pain will keep bothering me. I used to be a patient of this clinic for 20 years but with different doctor. After he left I wanted to change the clinic... I'm so happy I didn't do it!!! This was my first experience with Dr. Douglas and he's just amazing! He takes time to explain everything and to address all your concerns. Reception is very friendly, attentive and accomodating. They try their best to meet your needs to your complete satisfaction no matter how much work it involves. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
I visited today as a new patient for a cleaning, since the dentist was busy and not available for a comprehensive check-up. The service was average. If you need immediate care, I would recommend considering another option, as this clinic only has one dentist and appointments are usually booked more than a month in advance.
