Absolutely love going here staff if amazing front desk nurses and medical assistants!! We love seeing Dr koduri and have seen Holly and love bother of them they don’t dismiss concerns! Truly amazing
While we LOVE Dr. Koduri her staff are….unqualified and incompetent, the billing department communications are subpar and whoever that southern belle is they have working as an intermediary is one of the most impatient and rude personalities I have ever encountered in healthcare. We are taking our medical needs elsewhere, this office put me in debt saying insurance was terminated even with papers in my hands saying active. Gross way if handling things.
I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. It’s been about a year and a half now and I really like Dr. Koduri and Dr. Hink (when she is there to help). Both are patient and professional and they always manage to sneak us in when I have a concern. This does mean longer wait times, but I am happy to do so knowing that when we need to get seen they can do so that same day.
