The doctor is great but her staff NVV. Pura señora amargada. Si no quieren jalar quédense en la casa. Puro baby momma on child support
Worst doctor's clinic!! Rude staff and irresponsible doctor. The front office staff is hateful, condescending, and very rude on the phone and in person. The doctor doesn't care about patients anymore. Wait times are from an hour to four or more. You can't ask any questions and can not reach out to your doctor as there is always a middle man who will stop you from getting the clarification you need. Worst OBGYN!! Highly recommend not to go to this hospital.
Dr. Klenz wasn’t my obgyn but she was the Dr. on standby the night I gave birth. Not only did she make my first time giving birth the worst experience but she was rude!! The whole time all she did was insult me while giving birth also had no patience I literally only gave 1 push when she said that I wasn't cooperating and told one of the nurses to get the vacuum. Dr Klenz & her staff are the best she delivered my the 3 babies, and a week ago she did a hysterectomy on me, she delivered my 1st baby 20yrs ago since then I have been going with her & wouldn’t change her she & her staff are the best
