I’m leaving this review to warn others about applying for the townhouses at 6965 Lakeside Circle N, Davie, FL 33314, owned by Jordan Klemow. I submitted an application, paid a non-refundable $500, and came in with a 739 credit score, verified high income, and proof of funds. Everything any qualified applicant would expect is more than sufficient.
