Just like Jason Springer posted, we are having the same issues. Seems they messed up taxes, say they will remedy, and then completely ghost you when you follow up via email. This is over a $4k error. We have been trying for over a month to reach them and have been unsuccessful! Going to have to have another accountant look into the issue to remedy it apparently.
Be careful hiring this place! Look at the previous reviews! I am in the same position as several of these other folks. Seems taxes were filed incorrectly, $4k error, this company says they will remedy it, and then they go completely silent, not responding to emails, etc. I’ve been trying to get a response since early February, and I’m on a timeline with the IRS. Take your business elsewhere. Klemm and Associates filed my families taxes incorrectly, which resulted in interest and penalties from the IRS. I was told by Marissa that they were going to file with the IRS to waive the penalties due to it being the first error, but that was never completed. I had to go to another tax professional to fix the mess they created, and they haven't responded to emails after committing to reimburse me the $1,100 penalty due to their error.
